Sharon Roebuck has called the Pacific Northwest her home since 2013. She is the COO at Eastside Exterminators in Woodinville, Washington. Her education includes Early Childhood Education and Business Administration, and she enjoyed a long career in business management— which included owning and running her own business! She has enjoyed being in the pest control industry for 7 years at Eastside.

Sharon and Eastside Exterminators have been written up in PMP and PCT magazines for their family focused culture and retention. Gracing the top 100 list of pest control companies is one of Eastside’s accomplishments including becoming a sought-after culture model for other companies.

Sharon is a proud mother of 3 children and 4 grandchildren. When she is not in the office, she is on one of Washington’s beautiful lakes or spending time with family and friends enjoying the beautiful pacific northwest.

Sharon is passionate about motivating and growing people to walk in their own unique abilities. Her management style is that of collaboration and innovation where everyone has a voice. She enjoys being a leader at a company that focuses so much on being family-focused, passionate, committed, and doing the right thing. Sharon is particularly passionate about finding ways to bring the best out of others and helping team members build a career at Eastside.
